They may have met in San Francisco, where they live now, but they both have midwestern roots that will bring them back here for their wedding several months from now.  They are the perfect compliment...completely relaxed and at home in each others company.  He makes her laugh and smile and the way she looks at him....I feel so lucky to be the one to document your day.  The future Mr & Mrs B :)

Love is in the air.  A friend kept nudging them in the direction of each other and when she finally agreed to meet Mark, that was it.  It was clear to both of them...this was something more.  And here they are...less than a year away from sealing the deal and making it official.  She warned me that they aren't good at pictures...but I knew better.  When two people love each other it always comes out in the photos...they might start out nervous and unsure but by the end, who they are together is clear.  Congratulations M+A...I am thankful you chose me. ​

I don't know how I get so lucky.  I truly have the most amazing clients.  N+S are the real deal.  They are happy and completely in love.  I see the way they look at each other, laugh together, hold each others hand as they walk.  And I am the lucky girl that gets to witness that love and send it back to them in images.  I have been thinking about what it is that I really love about weddings. and couples...it's the connection, the beginning of their story together.  There will be years of a building and changing, ebbing and flowing story, but this is the start.  They will look back on these are remember who they were together from the start.  N+S, you are beautiful people....I am looking forward to your wedding in 2017!

I knew they/we were a good match when her stories were just as long as mine and her finace teased her about them...and she laughed at the truth of his teasing.  I'm a talker...so when I meet another talker...you can't get either of us to stop.  It really is so important for me to feel a connection with my clients.  I consider them my friends.  And if I am going to be by their side on their wedding day, we all need to be sure that we are a good match.  There was no question when I met C+M.  The most genuinely sweet couple you could imagine.   So in love and so kind and caring.  I feel so grateful that they found me.

It was actually a pretty cold day for October, but you would never know looking at their images.  Playful, young and in love.  There is probably nothing better than that.  M&K compliment each other perfectly. She is the organizer...dreaming of her wedding since she was just a little girl...how everything will be perfectly planned and laid out.  He brings the silliness...the playful side to their relationship.  Isn't that what a marriage is all about...complimenting each other...growing and sharing this life together.  I can't imagine a better combo than this.  Their winter 2017 wedding will be planned down to the very last detail and paired perfectly with fun, laughter and smiles...celebrating the start of their lives together.  I cannot wait!

They are gorgeous, inside and out.  Their 2016 wedding will be gorgeous and most of all a celebration of choosing each other for their lives adventures.  Congratulations you two!  So glad you chose me! 

This is the spot where it became official.  Six months before in the cold Cleveland weather, he went down on one knee and made it official.  I met Miss Tara only a week before over coffee as we chatted about everything photography.  It's important to have a co-worker and friend.  Thanks for being mine girl!  And she may not know it, but when she asked me to photograph their wedding day, I was giddy and feel truly honored.  And here we are, on this beautiful but chilly June evening, catching a glimpse of the beautiful couple that have chosen each other, forever.  I love engagement shoots so very much.  It is a chance for the couple to celebrate each other without the distractions, hustle and bustle of their wedding day.  It was just the two of them (ok, with me, the 3rd wheel), snuggling, hugging and laughing. Congratulations you two and savor the moment.
